Our Services

PhotoAwards.ae provides professional services for photography awards and competitions, including strategy, competition planning, website development, branding, visual identity, proposal support, entrant experience, communication systems, winner presentation, certificates, award design and related creative or operational services.

Proposals and Project Scope

Information on this website is provided for general service presentation. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees, payment milestones, third-party costs and production requirements will be confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

Any change to an approved scope may affect cost, timeline or deliverables and may require written approval before work continues.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, approved brand assets, copy, images, legal notices, competition rules, jury details and any other materials needed to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Payments and Third-Party Costs

Fees, payment terms and currencies will be specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, email platforms, advertising spend, printing, production, shipping, stock assets, software licenses or subcontracted services may be billed separately unless expressly included.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred or licensed according to the relevant proposal after full payment is received. Drafts, unused concepts, internal systems, reusable methods, code libraries, design frameworks, templates and pre-existing materials remain the property of PhotoAwards.ae or their respective owners.

All website text, design, images, graphics, layouts and service descriptions are provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially reuse website materials without written permission, except where allowed by law.

Service Availability and Results

We aim to provide professional, reliable and timely services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, specific competition entry numbers, media coverage, advertising performance, search ranking, sales results or third-party platform outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, email services, payment gateways, analytics tools, advertising networks, production partners or shipping providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, delays or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
